oakley The new char oakley ges will be applied to tickets sold as of Tuesday for flights after May 5. The Chicago based airline, in a release issued Monday, said the change is expected to generate more than $100 million US annually in cost savings and new revenue.

“Our customer research shows that only about one in four customers check a second bag, and with this new policy, customers who check extra bags may continue to do oakley so for a service fee, which enables us to offer competitive fares to everyone,” said John Tague, the company’s executive vice president and chief revenue officer, in a statement.

Frequent flyers with the airline have travelled at least 40,000 kilometresa year.

The airline said each customer will be charged $100 US for a third bag,andbetween $100 and $200 US for large, overweight or fragile items.

The new pricing structure will apply to flights between destinations in Canada, San Juan, Puerto Rico and St. oakley Thomas, Virgin Island, but will not be used for international flights.
